Brad Pitt is in talks to present at the 2016 Golden Globe Awards, Page Six reports. According to the site, the "Fury" actor will give away one of the night's top honors alongside Kevin Hart and Eva Longoria.
Insiders tell the site that Brad's agreement to present at the awards event was struck on Tuesday night, January 5. An insider reveals the "By the Sea" actor still needs to work out some travel plans to appear on the show on time.
While Brad isn't nominated for his role in "The Big Short", a source pointed out that the actor "is a nominee - he's a producer of 'The Big Short' - so he will be there on behalf of the film." The movie is up for Best Motion Picture Award. Brad recently enjoyed a family vacation in Thailand while his wife Angelina Jolie took a break from her latest project in Cambodia. The couple's latest project together "By the Sea" was snubbed by the Golden Globes this year.
Representatives for Brad, Paramount and the Globes haven't commented on the report yet. According to another source, Tom Hanks could be another top presenter.
