The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star talks about her boobs and what she's been doing at home in a brief livestream on her app and website

Kim Kardashian made first appearance since welcoming her second baby via a four-minute livestream on her app and website. As pointed out by E! News, it wasn't her first time to do a livestream after giving birth to Saint West, but it's her first time to fully show her face.
With her hair in braids, the 35-year-old reality TV star talked about her "enormous" boobs and what she'd been doing at home. "I have just been chilling at home with the baby and being cozy in robes...I decided to put makeup on," she said.
Elsewhere in the livestream, she revealed she'd also been listening to husband Kanye West's new album "Swish" and discussed plan to livestream her journey to lose her baby weight. "I am so excited, I'm going to show you guys my weight-loss journey on here," she added.

The picture shows Kim almost unrecognizable as a teenager. She wrapped her arms around Kendall Jenner, who wore an animal print dress underneath a black jacket, and Kylie, who donned all-blue ensemble teamed with a pair of sneakers of the same color. "#tbt," Kylie simply wrote in the caption.
