A mom named Samantha Comte posted on YouTube a video of her toddler Roman crying due to the pain from teething and calming down after the singer's hit was played.

AceShowbiz - You'll probably cry listening to Adele's music, but it doesn't mean your kids will too. This adorable little boy proves that the British singer's heartbreaking songs may have the exact opposite effect on toddlers.

In a video recently posted on YouTube by a mom named Samantha Comte, her son Roman is seen crying inconsolably due to the pain from teething. The tot immediately stops sobbing after his mom played him the music video of Adele's "Hello".

In the video's description, Comte revealed that she'd tried other songs and videos before playing Adele. "Nothing seemed to work," she said. "As soon as I started playing the music video for Adele's 'Hello', he stopped crying. Thanks Adele!"

"Hello" was released in October as the lead cut off Adele's "25" album. The project, marking Adele's first full-length effort in four years, recently landed at No. 1 on Billboard 200 with more than 3.3 million sold in its first week.
