Though Kim Kardashian previously admitted she didn't enjoy being pregnant because her body became swollen, the pregnant reality TV star wasn't hesitant to show it in new selfie. Kim took to Twitter on Monday, November 16 to share a selfie putting her ample boobs at the center of the camera.
Kim showed her signature pout and looked sharply at the camera. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wore black sleeveless figure-hugging outfit featuring plunging neckline which put her ample cleavage on full display. She simply captioned it, "Hi."

Earlier in the day, the raven beauty wrote on her personal website that she's "definitely scared for [her] delivery, but trying [her] best to be hopeful and not stress out too much." Kim recalled the moment when she was delivering her first child North West. She wrote that her "placenta stayed attached inside [her] uterus after delivery," prompting her doctor "to stick his entire arm in [her] and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from [her] uterus with his fingernails."
Kim then revealed that during her second pregnancy, her "risk of having preclampsia and placenta acreeta are increased." She admitted, "There's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery." She went on saying that she might get hysterectomy after delivery if her condition got severe. However, Kanye West's wife then revealed, "Luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen."
