The Kiwi singer denies she didn't sing live when performing 'Magnets' with the electronic music duo on 'SNL' over the weekend.

AceShowbiz - Lorde was on "Saturday Night Live" over the weekend to join Disclosure for a performance of their collaboration "Magnets". However, she seemed to disappoint many viewers who thought that she was not singing live.

Following the show, Lorde took to Twitter on Sunday, November 15 to make fun of the accusation. "Wow - the fact that some people thought i was lip syncing on snl is an awesome compliment!" she wrote and later made it clear that she had never lip-synced and "will never" do it.

She went on sharing her excitement to appear on "SNL" in a follow-up tweet. "We're just a bunch of kids from far away places and we played on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE! it's all a bit overwhelming and i'm crazy grateful," she added.

The New Zealand native and Disclosure's "Magnets" is featured on the latter's latest album, "Caracal". During their visit to "SNL", the British electronic music duo made up of brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence also performed another collaboration from the record, which has been available everywhere since September. They did "Omen" with fellow British act Sam Smith.
