After checking out of a rehabilitation center in Malibu, Scott Disick was spotted having dinner with Kris Jenner on Thursday night, November 12. Though the father of three had checked out of the rehab center, he still receives out-patient treatment.

"Scott is still in a rehab program and has been able to come and go as part of the recovery process," a source told E! News. During the night outing, Scott was photographed wearing black hoodie, jeans and white shoes. The momager who turned 60 last week looked chic in black shirt topped with blazer of the same hue. She also wore ripped black trousers and boots. The two were seen having dinner at Nobu restaurant.

Earlier this week, an insider told the news outlet, "Scott's doing really well. He sounds happy, clean and clearheaded." Regarding Scott's ongoing treatment program, the source said, "I think he took it really seriously this time. He took a real break from work and partying to focus on himself. He hasn't sounded this good in ages. He says he's feeling great."

Scott entered the rehab center in early October. It marked the fourth time the former "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star sought treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. His struggles with drugs and alcohol were also documented on "KUWTK".
