Taylor Swift responded to a lawsuit filed against her by former radio host David Mueller who claimed he lost his job because of Swift's false groping accusation against him. According to PEOPLE, the 25-year-old singer filed a countersuit on Wednesday, October 28 against Mueller and insisted he's the culprit.

In Mueller's lawsuit filed in September, he admitted that Swift was assaulted in the 2013 incident but blamed "his superior" at 98.5 KYGO, Eddie Haskell. The singer, according to the countersuit, denies the claim that Haskell was the culprit. "Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault - it was Mueller - and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit," reads the countersuit.

"Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts," the papers continue.

According to the papers, Mueller and his girlfriend were participating in a meet-and-greet with Swift. At that time he "intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission." Furthermore, "Mueller did not merely brush his hand against Ms. Swift while posing for the photograph. He lifted her skirt and groped her."

For what Mueller allegedly did, the "Bad Blood" singer was "surprised, upset, offended, and alarmed." According to the papers, Swift then told her photographer, tour manager and security team about what she experienced.

The papers also state that Swift, who is demanding a jury trial, will donate any money she receives from winning the suit to "charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard."
