'The Flash' trailer sees more of Jay Garrick, reveals Zoom's evil plan as well as teases a future 'Arrow' crossover.

AceShowbiz - The CW brought more snippets of two of its hit series, "The Flash" and "Arrow", to New York Comic Con on Sunday, October 11. Sharing fresh footage from the second season, the trailer for "The Flash" sees Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears) who explains who he is and warns Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) of Zoom (voiced by Tony Todd), who plans to get rid of other Speedsters.

There's also a glimpse of Barry's encounter with this season's big bad, a look at Shantel VanSanten as Barry's new love interest Patty Spivot, and a glimpse of a future crossover episode with "Arrow".

In other "The Flash" news, Mark Hamill has confirmed his return to the show's second season as Trickster. After several photos of him on the set of the show circulated online, the actor tweeted, "Supposed to keep my return to @CW_TheFlash secret but never refuse a selfie request."

As for the "Arrow" trailer, it teases a showdown between the titular hero and Damien Dhark (Neal McDonough) as well as a Black Canary team-up. It additionally addresses the Lazarus Pit which may change the person who has gone in the pit.

"The Flash" airs Tuesdays at 8 P.M. on The CW, while "Arrow" bows every Wednesday at 8 P.M. on the same network.
