Miss Piggy and Kermit appeared on the same screen for the first time since their split. The ex-lovers reunited to promote the upcoming Emmy Awards alongside Julie Bowen, Viola Davis, and Joel McHale.

Piggy and Kermit met for a power lunch. Kermit made sure that it was purely professional and Miss Piggy said, "Well duh, we're no longer together! Haven't you seen the press?" Then she made a little snipe about his new girlfriend, Denise. "By the way, how is Dennis?" she asked. He said, "It's Denise, and she's fine."

Animal also appeared in the video, sitting at another table to eat power lunch while being chained. Bowen sent Kermit and Piggy a bottle of champagne but Piggy thought it was a sabotage and went to confront the "Modern Family" actress. Davis met Piggy in the bathroom where the actress asked about her split from Kermit. Piggy bragged about being "fantastic" and Kermit trying to get back.

After a press euphoria, Kermit was separated from Piggy and met McHale in the lobby. "It's not that easy being green," the frog said. McHale chimed in, "It is now". The new Audi car entered the scene as 2015 Emmys sponsor.

The 67th annual Primetime Emmy Awards will be held on Sunday, September 20, in Los Angeles. "The Muppets" premieres on ABC two days later at 8 P.M.
