Netflix has denied rumors saying that the 'I Am Cait' star would play Sophia's (Laverne Cox) love interest in the next installment of the prison drama.

Caitlyn Jenner isn't coming to Litchfield after all. Despite swirling rumors that the former Olympian would play a love interest to Laverne Cox's character Sophia Burset in upcoming season 4 of Netflix's "Orange Is the New Black", a spokesperson for the network has told Digital Spy, "It's not true."
Speculation about Jenner's possible appearance on the critically acclaimed drama series started a few weeks ago. It was even suggested that the reality TV star would play a Litchfield inmate who sides with Sophia in an ongoing bullying storyline.
In real life, Jenner and Cox met for the first time earlier this year following the former's debut as transgender woman in Vanity Fair. Cox once commented on Jenner's openess about her transition, "What I think is so beautiful about my visibility and Caitlyn's is that diverse representation of trans people in the media is so important."
Season 4 of "OITNB" is currently in production for a 2016 release. Taylor Schilling, Laura Prepon, Uzo Aduba and Cox are expected to return for the new season, while Jackie Cruz and Lea DeLaria are promoted to series regulars.
