Kanye West has just got another supporter for his 2020 presidential campaign. Fellow rapper Ice Cube recently said that he would vote for the "FourFiveSeconds" hitmaker when he runs for president in 2020.

"I'm voting for Kanye. Why not?" Cube told Daily Mail. He added, "Who's better than Kanye to run?" He, however, has no interest to join West as his VP. "No, I'm not into politics like that," he said.

West announced his plan to run for president in 2020 at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on August 30. "We're not gonna control our kids with brands. We're not gonna teach low self esteem and that to our kids. We gonna teach our kids that they can be something. We're gonna teach our kids that they can stand up for themselves. We're gonna teach our kids to believe in themselves," he said when accepting his Video Vanguard Award.

"It's about ideas bro, new ideas bro. People with ideas. People who believe in truth," the rapper continued. "And yes, as you probably could have guessed by this moment, I have decided in 2020 to run for president."

Supporting West's presidential run, Taylor Swift who has buried the hatchet with the rapper after their awkward moment at the 2009 MTV VMAs tweeted earlier this month after receiving a big block of white flowers from Kim Kardashian's husband, "Awww Kanye sent me the coolest flowers!! #KanTay2020 #BFFs." She jokingly implied that she would be West's running mate in 2020.
