Miley Cyrus dropped a huge surprise for her fans when she closed out the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night, August 30. The singer, who hosted the event, unexpectedly performed a new song called "Dooo It!" before announcing that she'd just released its parent album, "Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz".

The LP is Cyrus' joint effort with The Flaming Lips. Available for free streaming on her website, it features 23 songs including collaborations with Big Sean, Ariel Pink and Phantogram's Sarah Barthel. The former Disney star's dad Billy Ray Cyrus and Mike WiLL Made It who has previously worked with her on 2013's "Bangerz" also made contributions.

During her performance of "Dooo It!" at the VMAs, Cyrus was joined by a bunch of dancers that included some former contestants of "RuPaul's Drag Race". Towards the end of the song, The Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne emerged on the stage and fired an air cannon between the 22-year-old singer's legs.

Following the song's live debut, its official music video arrived online via YouTube. The four-and-a-half-minute clip mostly features Cyrus singing while having various liquids from glittery glue to milk poured all over her mouth.
