'And we have a delay so we're prepared for her,' says the forthcoming show's executive producer Van Toffler.

AceShowbiz - Anything can happen when Miley Cyrus hosts the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards this weekend. Knowing this very well, MTV has decided to give the upcoming show a few seconds of delay in case they have to censor the provocative singer's antics.

"We have [planned] a lot of wide camera shots and a lot of audience reaction shows. And we have a delay so we're prepared for her," executive producer and the outgoing president of Viacom Van Toffler told Billboard.

Cyrus has a history with the VMAs. In 2013, she made numerous headlines for her now-infamous raunchy performance with Robin Thicke. At that time, she shocked viewers when she emerged on the stage in barely-there outfit and then twerked on the "Blurred Lines" singer.

Toffler went on explaining to Billboard why they still picked Cyrus as a VMA host while they knew she could be raunchier this time. "She feels like the perfect host. She's that that great marriage of music credibility, candor, she uses social media so well to express herself and she's provocative and chaotic and unpredictable, everything we want for this show," he continued.

Cyrus-hosted VMAs will air live from the Microsoft Theater at L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Sunday night, August 30. In a recent Tumlbr "Answer Time" with fans, she teased what to expect from her at the event and assured them this would be "da craziest vmazzzz of allllll herstory!"
