Selena Gomez greeted her fans with a sexy selfie. On Tuesday, August 25, the 23-year-old singer/actress posted on Instagram a picture that gave an eyeful of her body. "morning," she simply captioned it.
In the snap taken in a bathroom, the former Disney darling posed in a white halter top that bared her midriff and leopard print underwear. Behind her, two female friends were seen wearing bathrobes and drinking coffee.
Gomez recently explained her decision to ditch her purity ring, which she wore throughout her romance with Nick Jonas. "I got it when I was 13 and I respect so much what it represented, but it isn't for everyone," she told U.K.'s Sunday Times. She added that she's "not embarrassed" by the fact that she no longer wears it.
During the interview, she was also asked about her split with Justin Bieber. "It's difficult for people to separate us," she admitted. "The Internet wants to freeze this moment in time and constantly repeat it." The "Spring Breakers" star added, "I didn't think I was doing anything bad by falling in love."
The "Come & Get It" hitmaker, however, wasn't amused that the magazine highlighted her past relationship with Bieber in the cover story. "Disappointing seeing interviews I've done recently that sound like the exact same interview I did when I was 16...," she reacted on Twitter. "I just want to release the album already.. I'm ready for people to know who I am NOW. Print/type who I am NOW and stop being afraid it won't give your website hits."
