Lindsay Lohan had her jewelry stolen from her when she was attending her friend's wedding in Florence, Italy over the weekend. According to Gossip Cop, it remains unclear how or when the pricey jewelry was taken.
Despite the loss, the blonde apparently enjoyed the wedding celebration of her entrepreneur pal Justin Etzin to Latvian model Lana Zakocela. The "Rumors" singer took to Instagram to share a snap of her dress for the occasion. She looked gorgeous in a floor-length ivory dress featuring a thigh-high slit. A bridal-style headpiece on her hair made her look like the bride instead. She captioned it, "happy wedding to Justin and Lana."
Instead of the theft, it was her gown for the occasion which made headlines as the dress code was supposed to be black tie and evening dress. Some said that the 29-year-old actress attempted to outshine the bride by wearing the white dress. Instagram user @staceys5 wrote, "Outdoing the bride. Not cool." Similarly, user @mmarynchris said, "How you gonna show up in a crown and white dress to someone's wedding lmao I would have killed you."
Meanwhile, other users praised her for her look in the dress which allegedly once belonged to Elizabeth Taylor.
