"Once Kim returns home, it's going down. It's going to be a sex marathon," the source revealed when referring to Kim who has wrapped filming "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" in St. Barts. "Kanye wants her badly and in the privacy of their home. He loves bumping and grinding with Kim when she's pregnant." The source added, "He particularly loves the foreplay. He loves caressing her pregnant body with oils. He loves kissing her lips."

Kanye and Kim are expecting their second child together, a baby boy, who is due in December. Hollywood Life previously reported that the rapper loved the way his wife looked when she's pregnant. "He is very protective and is always there for her when she needs anything," the outlet quoted a source as saying. "He is in love with Kim's pregnancy body and makes sure that she knows that at all times. He tells her and texts her all the time that he loves how she looks and keeps her in a great mood as much as he can."
