Director Bryan Singer posted a video featuring a set which he transformed from a leftover set from the upcoming drama 'Stonewall' into the mutant's apartment.

After releasing numerous photos of "X-Men: Apocalypse" featuring the film's Cairo sets, now director Bryan Singer comes to share an on-set video. The 15-second video gives a look at Storm's apartment in Cairo.
"This is the part of the movie 'Stonewall', right here and if I walk just a few passes, I enter Storm's apartment in Cairo. Small world," the director says in the video as he walks from one room to another room. Based on Singer's explanation, the superhero movie is using the same set as Roland Emmerich's upcoming gay rights film "Stonewall" which is tranformed into the wather-controlling mutant's apartment.
Singer also acknowledged Emerich by giving captions, "Shoutout to @rolandemmerich who is finishing #idr #id4 in #Albuquerque. "X-Men: Apocalypse" is set in 1983, 10 years after the events of "X-Men: Days of Future Past". In the film, after unleashed from his Egyptian tombs, Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac) assembles his Four Horsemen. He finds Storm (Alexandra Shipp) in her hometown in Cairo and asks her to join forces with him.
When Xavier (James McAvoy) and Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) discover Apocalypse's cruel plans, they put together a team of young mutants such as Jubilee (Lana Condor), Jean Grey (Sophie Turner), Cyclops (Tye Sheridan) and Nightcrawler (Kodi Smit-McPhee) to fight against the ancient villain. The movie will open in U.S. theaters on May 27, 2016.
