Mariah Carey has finally affirmed her status as a Hollywood star, 25 years after her debut record. The "Touch My Body" singer received the 2,556th star on Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday, August 5.
Dressed in a cleavage-baring, sparkling black floor-length gown with sheer paneled front, Mariah looked enchanting when attending her Walk of Fame ceremony. She styled her hair in a slicked, loose waves and wore smokey eye make-up. She was joined by her twin children Monroe and Moroccan, and friends including Brett Ratner, Lee Daniels and L.A. Reid. Her new boyfriend James Packer was nowhere to be seen.
Mariah's twin kids stole the show as they performed some cute antics during the ceremony. At one point, Monroe sat on her mother's lap while Moroccan sat by Mariah's fresh placard. Moroccan insisted using his mother's legs as pillow during the photo session. He tried many unique ways to disturb Mariah's shoot, but the "Heartbreaker" singer just smiled through it all.
Mariah shared on Instagram some pictures from the ceremony. The "We Belong Together" hitmaker wrote alongside one shot, "What an incredible day. Thank you #lambs #lambily and everyone who made it happen. #star #hollywoodwalkoffame."
