AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Ashlee Simpson and her actor husband Evan Ross. According to E! News, the former "Melrose Place" actress gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Thursday night, July 30. It's her first child with Evan.
"Their whole family was around to support them," a source reveals. "Evan was very emotional and loves Ashlee so much. He did not leave her side and wanted to go through this with her every step of the way. He can't wait to be a dad. He would do anything for Ashlee and now this baby girl. Ashlee is doing great and can't wait to get home to be with her family."
Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross started dating in 2013. They got married in August 2014 at Diana Ross' estate in Connecticut. Their daughter joins 6-year-old Bronx, Ashlee's son from her previous marriage to Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz.
