DMX was arrested on June 26 in New York City when he was about to perform at Radio City Music Hall. At that time, the 44-year-old rapper was taken into custody "for several issues outstanding" including $400,000 in unpaid child support. A warrant was also reportedly issued by the city of White Plains for bail jumping, being an aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operator, and a robbery complaint out of Newark, New Jersey.
