Sleepless nights begin once again for Stephen Curry (II) and his wife Ayesha Curry. The couple welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on Friday evening, July 10 and named her Ryan Carson Curry. The mother of two later took to her new Little Lights of Mine website to share the happy news.

"God is amazing. The gift of life is truly an indescribable thing," Ayesha wrote on her blog on Sunday, July 12. "Our beautiful little Ryan Carson Curry arrived perfectly healthy and happy!"

Though Ayesha gave birth to Ryan a little early, she gave birth naturally without epidural and went through only a quick three-hour labor. The baby girl weighed 6 pounds and 1 ounce.

"Stephen, Riley and I are enjoying this gorgeous gift from God and basking in the present!" the proud mother added. "We are now officially a family of 4!"

Of how their first kid Riley is handling the new family member, Ayesha wrote, "Riley is completely enamored with her little sister and has taken on her role as big sister beautifully. I am already so proud of her!"

Last month during his NBA MVP speech, Stephen publicly praised her wife. "The sacrifices you make are unbelievable," Stephen told his wife. "I can't thank you enough for who you are as a person, how you challenge me, how you inspire me every single day. You deserve a round of applause."
