Josh Duggar may be sued by one of his molestation victims. According to In Touch Weekly, a non-family member whom the oldest son of the "19 Kids and Counting" molested when he was a juvenile is close to file a lawsuit against him.

Josh was never charged in the molestation case. He was only sent to a training program after being taken to meet church elders and received a "stern talk" from Arkansas State Trooper Jim Hutchens, an acquaintance who was later arrested on unrelated child pornography charges.

Josh's sisters Jill and Jessa were among his victims. If the non-family victim moves forward with her plan to sue Josh, "all the church elders who knew about this will have to be named," a source tells In Touch.
