Wearing high heels while expecting a baby is apparently not a good idea for the reality TV star as she almost fell on her way in Beverly Hills.

Pregnant Kim Kardashian stumbled a bit while she was on her way to go shopping in Beverly Hills on Friday, June 12. The reality TV star lost her balance for a quick moment in her khaki strappy high heels.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star watched her step carefully after she almost fell. While shopping in Beverly Hills, Kim flaunted her tiny baby bump in a tight grey sleeveless dress. She completed her look with necklace and big sunglasses. Kanye West's wife looked confident to show off her changing form.
Later on that day, Kim posted throwback photos of her on Instagram. The pictures, taken in 2012 when she was in Dominican Republic, showed the 34-year-old reality TV star in two-piece bikini flaunting her trademark curves. One of them showed her in blue two-piece bikini getting off a ferry while toting a long strap bag. She captioned it, "#FBF Dominican Republic 2012."
The other picture showed her in orange two-piece bikini walking as if she's on a catwalk. She flaunted her pre-baby body which was nicely curvy. A caption for the picture read, "#FBF another Dominican moment! #2012."
Kim apparently has slightly changed her mind about her looks as she is now confident to show off her tiny bump. Before announcing her second pregnancy, Kim opened up that she was worried about her looks. "Just with my weight. I cannot leave the house without Spanx," she admitted.
