Kim Richards entered not guilty plea to three misdemeanor charges stemming from her arrest in April. The socialite who was recently fired from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" was charged with resisting arrest, public intoxication, and battery on an officer.

Prosecutors offered her a deal that included three years of probation, 30 days of community labor, restitution to the cop she attacked, and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings once a week for a year. The former Bravo star was not in attendance during the arraignment. Her lawyer said she was in a rehab facility.

Her next court date is July 16. In the meantime, she is banned from coming to the Beverly Hills Hotel where she was arrested. Kim checked into rehab after the arrest but she took a break in May to attend the wedding of her daughter Brooke Brinson in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She was later back in rehab at a different facility.
