Miley Cyrus is the latest celebrity to pose naked for Paper magazine. In the cover of the magazine's Summer Music issue, the "Party in the U.S.A." singer poses alongside her pet pig Bubba Sue. She smiles widely while hugging Bubba Sue to cover her private parts. Her hair and body are speckled by mud.
The cover is accompanied with a headline which reads, "Miley Cyrus Use Your Voice". Miley collaborated with creative director Diane Martel, who directed her "We Can't Stop" music video, and photographer Paola Kudacki for the racy photo shoot. In the photo spread, "there was a glass pyramid, some body paint and very little clothing."
The cover story, hitting the newsstands on June 22, focuses on "Miley's inspiration behind the Happy Hippie Foundation, a nonprofit launched earlier this year to help homeless and LGBT kids. The unapologetic, s**t-kicking Miley we know is there, but we see an engaged and compassionate side as well -- and a fluid sexual identification that connects her personal life with her social-justice dreams."
In an interview with the magazine, Miley reflects on her "lucky" life, saying, "I was doing a show two nights ago and I was wearing butterfly nipple pasties and butterfly wings. I'm standing there with my tits out, dressed like a butterfly. How the fuck is that fair? How am I so lucky?"
On Sunday, June 7, Miley teased her fans about her Paper cover, sharing on Instagram a photo of her flaunting her cleavage in a white towel while wearing a pig mask.
Back in November 2014, Kim Kardashian attempted to break the internet with her nude photos for Paper. At that time, she posed full frontal and back, showing off her boobs, her famed derriere and everything else.
