Before next week's finals, another team was sent packing on "Dancing with the Stars" results show, Tuesday, May 12. In a shocking elimination, Nastia Liukin and her partner Derek Hough got the lowest combination of judges score and viewers' vote, so they were eliminated.
This was surprising since the Olympic gymnast had been a frontrunner on the show. She even got a perfect score on the last performance show and led the leaderboard along with Riker Lynch. "They fact that they're so perfect makes them a bit uninteresting," Valentin Chmerkovskiy said in a clip played on the show, and he might reflect what people thought of the pair judging from the results.
The latest elimination leaves Riker & Allison Holker, Rumer Willis & Val, and Noah Galloway & Sharna Burgess as the three remaining pairs who will compete in next week's finals.
