The 'Mean Girls' actress could be hit with an arrest warrant as she has only completed less than 20 hours of her 125 additional community service hours.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan may face arrest warrant as soon as she returns to the U.S. from London as she has come up "woefully short" with her remaining community service hours, according to a California prosecutor. Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White tells New York Daily News that LiLo has only completed less than 20 hours of her 125 additional community service hours.

The "Herbie Fully Loaded" actress, who previously agreed to complete her community service hours on May 28, is due back in court on Thursday, May 7 for a probation progress report. She will need to prove to the judge that she has done her community service stemming from her 2012 reckless driving case.

"We'll probably ask that her probation be revoked," Terry told the site, "It doesn't appear she's taking it very seriously. She's had more than enough opportunity to finish. But she turned in some hours that were extremely suspect, that the court disallowed, and now, given the last chance of all last chances, she's come up woefully short."

LiLo's lawyer Shawn Holley hasn't commented on the issue yet. The 28-year-old actress, who has been serving her community service at the Community Service Volunteers in London, posted on Instagram on Tuesday a photo showing a stack of files on an office desk along with caption, "Community Service -office day-."
