Idina Menzel teamed up with James Corden for a surprise performance of a "Dirty Dancing" song during her visit to his "The Late Late Show with James Corden". Not only did they sing a duet of "(I've Had) The Time of My Life", but the duo also touched each other a lot while dancing to the classic.
The performance began when Corden was still sitting with his guests, including Menzel and "Silicon Valley" star Kumail Nanjiani. He first asked the "Let It Go" hitmaker if she had a good night. She replied, "I've had the best time. Have you had a good night?" before Corden pulled out a mic and started singing the first few lines of the 1987 song.
Menzel later joined him and the two moved to the stage where they got flirty while busting out some moves alongside three pairs of backup dancers. The talk show host and the actress, however, left out that famous lift Patrick Swayze did with Jennifer Grey in the movie.
During the performance, the camera would sometimes shift its focus to Nanjiani, who remained in his seat and looked completely confused.
