After winning Oscar for his 'Selma' soundtrack, the 'All of Me' crooner will create music for a movie starring nine-time Grammy winner Miguel.

AceShowbiz - On heels of his Oscar triumph with Common for "Selma" theme song "Glory", John Legend is tapped to craft songs for an untitled musical romantic drama. Nine-time Grammy winner Miguel is signed on to portray the main character in the movie.
Scripted by Taylor Cohen, it follows a former one-hit wonder who regains his love for music when he is hired to coach an aspiring singer for her audition on a singing competition. It will mark a feature film directorial debut of video and commercials director Nabil Elderkin.
Legend will also produce the upcoming movie. "We look forward to working with this dream team we've assembled to deliver something special," he said. Production is expected to begin in September in Philadelphia, but no release date has been announced.
