Drew Barrymore Feels 'Like a Kangaroo' After Having Two Babies
Celebrity

The actress admitted that though she is feeling the joy of motherhood, she has at one point at a time felt like 'a kangaroo with a giant pouch.'

AceShowbiz - It turns out Drew Barrymore doesn't feel confident with her curves after giving birth to her two daughters, boldly saying she feels like a "kangaroo." The actress got candid when talking about her post-baby body in a recent interview with Glamour magazine.

"After making two babies, holy cow, does your body do some crazy stuff! It's hard to stay positive and love yourself," she frankly admitted. "You feel like a kangaroo with a giant pouch; everything's saggy and weird."

"But you think about how beautiful it is that you're able to make children," so she quickly added. "When I lose sight of that, I exercise, read Dr. Seuss's 'Oh, the Places You'll Go!', and spend time with my kids. Then I start to see things that are bigger than myself," she continued revealing.

On top of all, Drew has one thing that she loves most from her body, which is her blond locks. "My hair [is my favorite feature]. It takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I destroy it time and time again, and it's still there, semi-happy," she told Glamour. "I love playing with it; it's like my personal plant - I keep getting to prune it."

Drew Barrymore gave birth to eldest daughter Olive Barrymore Kopelman in September 2012, and second daughter Frankie Barrymore Kopelman in April 2014. The girls' father is art consultant Will Kopelman, whom Drew has been marrying since June 2, 2012.
