HBO has released the first full trailer for "Silicon Valley" season 2 ahead of the show's spring return. Sharing a glimpse of the crew's never-ending madness and quirkiness, the video features new character Russ Hanneman (Chris Diamantopoulos) who will provide a solution to the Pied Piper's financial issue.
Despite getting the funding they need, these tech guys still have new problems to deal with as Belson declares a war against the Pied Piper. "All I care about is Nucleus is better than Pied Piper," Belson says in a staff meeting. "I don't know about you people, but I don't want to live in a world where someone else makes the world a better place...better than we do."
Star T.J. Miller recently told The Interrobang, "...the story kind of continues. And now Erlich really does own 10|percent| and is a board member of Pied Piper. But the entire crew is faced with an entirely different set of problems. Because even if you have funding, who is still going to be trying to get that algorithm from us, and I think Erlich is going to continue to be offending people. That's sort of the deal."
The new season of the critically acclaimed comedy series debuts Sunday, April 12 at 10 P.M. on HBO, following the fifth season premiere of "Game of Thrones".
