'The Flash' 1.16 Preview Teases the Effect of the Time Travel
TV

Old enemies are back in town as Barry starts to realize that he's screwed with time and now the time is screwing with him.

Barry faces the consequences of time travel in the next episode of "The Flash". In an attempt to right the wrong, he ran so fast that he traveled through time in the most recent episode, but this only brings more troubles for him. As Dr. Wells warns Barry how dangerous his new ability is, the titular superhero learns that time is now screwing with him.

Old enemies, Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (guest star Dominic Purcell), return to Central City and they are going to find out who is the man behind The Flash's costume. This time Snart has brought along his baby sister Lisa (guest star Peyton List) to help wreak havoc on the city.

"Rogue Time" airs Tuesday, March 24 at 8/7 on The CW. Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told THR that the time travel would not undo all things which happened in the past. "This episode allowed us to sort of give people a tease and a taste and make some big reveals," he said.

Following the big Reverse-Flash reveal in the latest episode, Kreisberg thought Wells was not an "evil man" and that he had reason to see "himself as a hero."

In related news, Deadline reports that Dominic Purcell who plays Mick Rory a.k.a. Heat Wave on "The Flash" will star on the new "Arrow" / "The Flash" spin-off series. He will appear alongside Wentworth Miller, Brandon Routh, Victor Garber and Caity Lotz.
