Jennifer Lopez and her ex-boyfriend Casper Smart are being sued by one of her neighbors over a dog attack. TMZ has obtained the lawsuit filed by the neighbor named Andrea Ashley who claims she was bitten by one of Smart's dogs when she was getting out of her car last December. She states that she was left with broken bones and cuts after the boxer named Bear "mauled her left arm and hand."
In her documents, Ashley also includes photos of her injured arm and reveals that Smart was in Lopez's house when the incident happened despite the fact that the two broke up months before. She says after the incident, the dancer walked out of the "Booty" hitmaker's house wearing only pajama bottoms and came over to apologize.
Ashley says this wasn't the first time Smart's dog had attacked her. Back in April, Bear tried to attack her after escaping through a hole in J.Lo's fence. She didn't get serious injury at that time because her gardener saved her.
Of why she includes Lopez in the lawsuit, Ashley argues the 45-year-old diva is also to blame for letting the dog escape through her fence.
When the news about the latest attack broke two months ago, TMZ reported that Bear was at Lopez's house for a visit with her kids. The dog was later quarantined at Smart's nearby Woodland Hills home. However, Ashley says that the dog has been at the singer's house since January 8 and she's afraid he may escape again.
