Suge Knight's lawyer David Kenner told the Associated Press on Wednesday, February 11 that his team reviewed a video that appears to show the music mogul ambushed before a fatal hit-and-run accident. David said the video was shot by surveillance camera at Tam's Burger.

According to TMZ, the video showed a man holding a gun and pointing it "ominously" at Suge. The man was allegedly Cle "Bone" Sloan. Sources connected to the music mogul believed the fight prior to the hit-and-run was "an ambush." There was allegedly another person holding a gun at that time.

The video allegedly showed after Suge ran over Terry and Cle, there was a person came, took the gun from Cle and left the scene. The sources believed Terry was also part of the ambush because he was the one who set up the meeting.

Law enforcement sources told the site that police believed the video would help their case against Suge but the music mogul had contrary thoughts.

On the same day, Suge's lawyer appeared in court for a preliminary hearing on an unrelated robbery case in which the former Death Row Record CEO and comedian Katt Williams allegedly stole a photographer's camera last year. The preliminary hearing was pushed back to February 19 when Suge and Katt will have to be present.
