Lisa Hochstein and her plastic surgeon husband Lenny Hochstein are finally having a baby after three heartbreaking miscarriages and four failed IVF efforts. The couple who stars on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Miami" is expecting their first child together via surrogate.

"It did not feel real, almost unbelievable!" Lisa, 32, gushes to Us Weekly. "Although I was beyond excited and overjoyed, we did not want to get our hopes up too high until we passed the first trimester."

The baby is due August 1 but could arrive sooner. "The baby might be [born] on my birthday, which is July 24," she opens up. "That would be the best gift in the world!"

They haven't found out the sex of the baby, but they've already got an idea when it comes to the name. "We are thinking he or she should have a name beginning with the letter L so we would all have the same initials," she dishes on. "How cute is that?!"

Surrogacy was their "last resort" and it was "a difficult decision" for the couple. "We felt that we tried almost every option available to us except surrogacy," she says. "Adoption was a consideration if this didn't work."

Although their numerous attempts at conceiving failed in the past, Lisa hasn't given up hope on getting pregnant. "Hopefully in the future I will have this opportunity," she says.
