The Death Row Records co-founder is back in the slammer without bail pending a court hearing come Monday, February 9.

AceShowbiz - Suge Knight has been released from hospital after complaining of chest pains at L.A. County Superior Court. The Associated Press learns the Death Row Records co-founder is taken back into custody at Men's Central Jail by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The rap mogul had an anxiety attack after pleading not guilty to murder in a hit-and-run that resulted in the death of one individual. He was rushed to hospital and later put on blood thinners. According to TMZ, his condition can now be treated in the jail infirmary.

The 49-year-old star was reportedly treated for "a potentially fatal blood clot," which started forming after he was shot six times back in August. Rumor has it, he suffered a similar health scare after falling and hitting his head in jail back in November.

Knight was in jail for running over two individuals with his pickup truck in the parking lot of a burger joint in Compton after a heated confrontation. One man was killed and another was injured, while the rap mogul fled the scene. His lawyer insisted it was a self-defense.

He was charged with murder, attempted murder, and two counts of hit-and-run. His bail set at $2 million was revoked because of "possible flight risk, three-strike candidate, possible witness intimidation issues and his criminal past." He is now due in court for bail hearing on Monday, February 9.
