Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea's anticipated collaborative single is still going to happen. Responding to rumors saying that she's been dropped from the song, the Australian raptress took to Twitter on Tuesday, February 3 to make it clear that she's still a part of the project.

"Insiders are always really OUTsiders with misinformation. This couldn't be further from the truth. Get ready," she wrote before going on to reveal that she and the pop diva had big plans for the track. "There are pretty epic plans underway for the song that's all I'll say," she added.

Azalea was the first one to break the news about the collaboration with Spears. She later shared more details on the song they'd recorded together in an interview with Kiss 108 last December. "We have a song, which is going to be her first single, coming out next year," she said.

She also opened up about how she got to work with the former Disney princess, explaining, "She said she would like to work with me in an interview and they reached out. We recorded a few different things and then one of those just ended up being, I think, undeniably great."

For now, there's still no word on when the song will finally come out.
