Amid heavy media speculation on their on-again relationship, Katy Perry and John Mayer have been spotted cozying up at a Super Bowl after party. A photo of them standing close next to each other with Perry laid her head on his shoulder has made its way all over the web.
It was fellow Superbowl performer Missy Elliott who first made public the shot by tweeting it. The pic showed Mayer being sandwiched by Elliott and Perry. "After party Super Bowl with @johnmayor @katyperry" so read the caption that accompanied the shot. The threesome were all smile to the camera.

The tweet pic, thus, added fuel to persistent rumors that Perry and Mayer indeed have rekindled their romance following their separation back in February 2014. Greater than that, Mayer was claimed to have been showing his support to his leading lady by attending her much-praised Super Bowl performance on Sunday, February 1. He even congratulated her as she came off the stage, Us Weekly exclusively reported.
Katy Perry and John Mayer began dating back in 2012 following her divorce from Russell Brand. They broke up earlier last year, but earlier this year they were spotted putting on a united front again. The two were seen recently out and about, dining in Los Angeles.
