Cole LaBrant really wants Selena Gomez to go to prom with him. The Vine star, one-third of popular Vine group Dem White Boyz and also a senior at Enterprise High School in Alabama, tried to draw the singer's attention with an epic "promposal" video he created and recently posted on YouTube.

In the clip, LaBrant is seen playfully dancing in his bathroom, on a beach and even on railroad tracks as he lip-syncs some of Gomez's hits like "Love You Like a Love Song", "Slow Down" and "The Heart Wants What It Wants". Between these songs, he also pretends to sing a bit of "22" and "I Knew You Were Trouble" by the former Disney darling's BFF Taylor Swift.

Towards the end of the video, LaBrant plays a snippet of Gomez's "The Heart", singing, "There's a million reasons why," before stopping and saying in front of the camera, "No, no, no. Actually, there's only one reason why you should go to prom with me."

"If you were to go to prom with me, it would be something that I would never forget, and I would try to make sure you had a really good time, too," he continues.

The two-and-a-half-minute video reportedly took 10 days to film and edit. The prom is scheduled for March, but LaBrant posted the clip online months before so that Gomez would have plenty of time to respond.
