Two new Lincoln commercials starring the 'Interstellar' actor will air during college football games on New Year's Day.

AceShowbiz - Matthew McConaughey is back with two new commercials for Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. The new ads, which were shot by Nicolas Winding Refn in Los Angeles, will air during college football games on January 1, 2015.

In one ad, the "Dallas Buyers Club" actor drives through Griffith Park surveying the Los Angeles skyline. "It's not about huggin' trees. It's not about bein' wasteful, either. You just got to find that balance, for takin' care of yourself takes care of more than ... just yourself," he says, "That's the sweet spot."

In another ad, Matthew is seen sitting near a restaurant window by himself on a rainy night. When the rain ends, the star of "The Wolf of Wall Street" smiles and gets into his car. He later opens the car's sunroof and quietly says, "There we go," before driving away.

Matthew previously starred in another commercial for Lincoln's MKC crossover SUV in which he said, "Sometimes you gotta go back to actually move forward." The commercial has been parodied by some comedians including Conan O'Brien, Ellen DeGeneres and Jim Carrey.

In a recent "Saturday Night Live" parody, Jim poked fun at Matthew's words. "Sometimes, you got to go back to actually move forward, and I don't mean go back and reminisce and chase ghosts," he joked, "I mean take a big step back like go from winning an Oscar to doing a car commercial."
