Chelsea Handler has once again tried to defy Instagram nudity policy. The 39-year-old actress/comedian recently took to the photo-sharing site to share her topless picture taken during her holiday vacation, only to be taken down by Instagram shortly after.

In the uncensored photo, Handler bared her breasts on a snowy mountain, braving the cold weather. She still wore her pants though and carried a backpack. "I lost chunk on the mountain," she captioned the image as she apparently was looking for her dog.

She later posted on Twitter another topless picture taken on the same occasion. She was smiling and waving to someone unseen in the photo, writing along with it, "Finding chunk. Instagram had him!"

On the same day, the former E! late-night talk show host shared a picture of her fully clothed while skiing. "I finally got to ski with my mom watching over me! Merry Christmas to everyone you love," she wrote along with the image.

Handler has publicly showed her disagreement to Instagram nudity policy, threatening to quit the site after her topless horseback photo mocking Russian President was pulled down in October. "You can now find my dogs and my breasts on Twitter only where my followers have the right to choose what they say. Bye bye instablock," she wrote along with a picture of her two dogs at the time. She, however, still regularly updates her Instagram account.
