The former enemies treated the crowd at the Hot 97 XMAS Show at Barclays Center to the live performance of '4, 3, 2, 1', the same song that caused the feud between them in late '90s.

AceShowbiz - What's been considered as one of the biggest feuds in rap is finally over. Almost 20 years after the beef between him and Canibus started, LL Cool J stunned the crowd when he recently brought out his former nemesis on the stage at the Hot 97 XMAS Show in Brooklyn, New York.

"I've had a lot of beefs in my life, but sometimes you gotta be bigger than that," LL told concertgoerts who packed the Barclays Center when he introduced Canibus. "Sometimes, you gotta take it to the next level. Sometimes you gotta flip the script."

LL and Canibus' feud started 17 years ago, when they were working together on a song called "4, 3, 2, 1". 'Bus allegedly offended his collaborator with the verse he had recorded for the track, which was interestingly performed by the duo at the Brooklyn gig.

After finishing the song, LL gave Canibus a big hug and told him before he exited the stage, "I love you, boy... Your career is starting again, baby."
