Jimmy Fallon introduces his second daughter Frances Cole to the world. During an episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", the proud father pulls up his phone and shows pictures of his adorable baby girl. It prompts an "awwws!" response from audience and a parenting advice from his guest Chris Rock.

"First of all, two kids are easier than one because they play together," said Chris who is also a father to two daughters. "When you've got one, you have to be the show. When you have two, you're just an usher. 'Right this way ladies!' They can play in the park, you read the paper, 'Hey, hey! Get off her hair!' Go back to reading the paper."

He also warned the host, "You have girls, so you have to watch out. You may have to hurt somebody." He said if one of his girls, Lola, told him a guy hit her, "I'd get my gun and shoot the guy. I wouldn't even ask questions. I would put DNA on the bullet to make sure everybody knew I did it." But he would have a different reaction if his other girl, Zahra, told him the same story. "You got two kids, they look alike, but they're different children," he said.
