The Cinderella depicter says she sent her 'End of Watch' co-star a text message to let him know how she felt about his departure.

Anna Kendrick addressed Jake Gyllenhaal's departure from her movie "Into the Woods". The "Pitch Perfect" actress said she was mad at her "End of Watch" co-star after he decided to leave the Disney movie for crime thriller "Nightcrawler".
"I was so pissed at Jake, let me tell you," she told The Daily Beast. "I texted him and said, 'You're abandoning me, and I'm never going to forgive you!' And then I saw the trailer to 'Nightcrawler' and texted him again and said, 'Wow, you inspire me every day.' "
Gyllenhaal was supposed to play Rapunzel's prince in the Rob Marshall-directed musical fantasy flick. He was replaced by Billy Magnussen. "Billy is really fantastic," Kendrick gushed.
Kendrick herself plays Cinderella with Chris Pine as her prince charming in the movie. Meryl Streep is cast as the witch, Johnny Depp as the big bad wolf, Lilla Crawford as the Red Riding Hood, and Mackenzie Mauzy as Rapunzel. It's due December 25 this year in the States.
