The show's fall finale is set to air December 3, but it's unclear whether or not the remaining three episodes will air and if it's so, when. Since FOX has not given a verdict on the series' future, there's still a possibility the show will get a second season.
"Red Band Society" starring Octavia Spencer opened to modest numbers, posting 4.1 million total viewers and a 1.3 rating in the adults 18-49 demo. The show's ratings have been stable, though, with its latest episode drawing 2.9 million viewers and 0.9 in the demo.
