Diagnosed with ovarian cancer at 23, Brown continued to fight for her life until the end after the cancer spread to her other body parts.

AceShowbiz - Diem Brown, the reality show star who appeared in multiple seasons of MTV's "The Real World/Road Rules Challenge", has succumbed to cancer. She died at the age of 32 on Friday, November 14 after a long battle with ovarian cancer.

Brown was diagnosed with the deadly disease when she was only 23. She has been very vocal about her health issues and her fight against it. The disease was back in 2012 and she underwent chemotherapy treatments before the cancer went into remission in 2013. Unfortunately, the cancer spread to her stomach, colon, liver and lymph modes earlier this year.

Brown tweeted on Tuesday that doctors gave up on her but she was determined to beat the odds. "I need prayers and advice my doctors are seemingly giving up but I won't & can't rollover. Whatever option I have to LIVE I'm grabbing!" she wrote.

MTV sent its condolences, saying in a statement, "MTV is tremendously sad to hear the news that Diem Brown has lost her long battle with cancer. We send our deepest condolences to her family and friends. Diem was a true fighter and brought passion to everything she touched. We will miss her."
