John Oliver returned to "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" ten months after leaving the show for HBO. The British comedian came to the rescue when Jon Stewart felt awkward to talk about his own movie "Rosewater" on the Comedy Central show.

"I'll take another spin in the non-premium host chair," Oliver said before sitting behind Stewart's desk. When Stewart asked if Oliver could do it, the latter responded, "I think we've already seen that I can do that," referring to the time he filled in for Stewart when the "Daily Show" host took a break to film "Rosewater".

Oliver then welcomed correspondent Jason Jones and "Rosewater" producer Tim Greenberg, and sent Stewart packing. He also interviewed Maziar Bahari, the journalist whose arrest and torture in Iran was highlighted in Stewart's movie.

Stewart later returned at the end of the show to briefly plug his own film, only to be cut by Oliver who reminded viewers that "Dumb and Dumber To" would open in U.S. theaters this weekend as well.
