'Boardwalk Empire' 5.06 Preview Teases a Showdown

Nucky is going to vent his anger as he prepares for a showdown likely with his nemesis Lucky.

Expect for a big gun-totting sequence in the next episode "Boardwalk Empire" as Nucky is filled with rage. A preview for the said outing teases a possible showdown between Nucky and his nemesis Lucky as well as Lucky's allies.

Still in the same episode, pained by a recent loss, Nucky turns to the bottle, and the company of a pair of barflies. In 1897, young Nucky vents his frustration to Mabel (Maya Kazan) after endorsing Jim Neary (Scott Francis Moreau), and roots out a young thief with Eli's (Ryan Dinning) help.

Back in present, in Harlem, Chalky encounters Narcisse in hopes of setting Daughter Maitland (Margot Bingham) free. Federal agents enlist Eli and Van Alden to help take down the Capone organization.

"Devil You Know" will air Sunday, October 12 at 9 P.M. on HBO. Leading to the series finale on October 26, the network will air "Boardwalk Empire Season 5: The Final Shot Farewell Show" that will take a look back at the entire seasons on Monday, October 20 at 10:30 P.M.
