According to a report, the former star of 'Two and a Half Men' suddenly went nuts before a procedure at a dentist office and pulled a knife on him.

Charlie Sheen reportedly is being investigated for an alleged assault with a deadly weapon. According to TMZ, Sheen pulled a knife on a dentist in L.A. before a procedure during a visit last Thursday, September 25.
Sources told the site that the "Anger Management" star went to the dentist for an abscess. A technician placed a mask over his face to administer nitrous oxide as he sat on the chair, but he suddenly went crazy. According to the report, she exited the room when Sheen's bodyguards entered. The actor's personal dentist and the oral surgeon were in the room.
The technician recalled there were a lot of commotions. When the dentist eventually went out of the room, he allegedly told her that the former "Two and a Half Men" star pulled a knife on him and went after him. However, he wasn't hurt. The report further alleges that she told police Sheen was high on rock cocaine.
Police reportedly are now considering the case for a possible battery against the technician and felony assault with a deadly weapon for the alleged knife attack. They also want to interview Sheen before sending the case to the L.A. County D.A. So far, Sheen's camp has not commented on the report.
