The 'Desperate Housewives' alumna is reportedly courted for two projects at different networks.

AceShowbiz - The demand is high for Eva Longoria. The former "Desperate Housewives" star is reportedly poised to return to TV with at least two different networks wanting her for their respective show.

According to Deadline, the 39-year-old beauty is courted for an untitled comedy at ABC and NBC's "Telenovela". The latter was supposed to be a pilot, but the project will get a 13-episode order if she agrees to do the show. If she doesn't commit, the project from "Cougar Town" co-executive producers Chrissy Pietrosh and Jessica Goldstein and Universal TV will get pilot order.

"Telenovela", which is described as a telenovela-style show, centers on "an ambitious telenovela star... who struggles to stay on top in a world where the drama on-camera is nothing compared to the drama off-camera." Longoria is offered this lead role.

The untitled ABC comedy, meanwhile, will be written by "Trophy Wife" creators Halpern and Haskins who will also executive produce it along with "Trophy Wife" exec producers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky. ABC will reportedly match NBC's straight-to-series order if Longoria signs up for it.

On the ABC comedy, the actress who executive produces "Devious Maids" will play Mia, "a home renovator who can't stop sticking her nose in everyone's problems and trying to solve them."
